Training for the WinFlexOne Administrative and Flex Benefits Card System (divided
into two phases):

Flex Benefits Card Training (2008)

Consists of training for the take care® Visa® flex benefits card. You'll learn how to get started with the take care card program, how to offer the card to your employers, and the administrative process.
Training is from 9:00 am - 10:30 am (CDT)

  • October 14 - Card Administration #1
  • October 16 - Card Administration #2

Year-End Processes (2008)

1. When and how to create Future Plan Years for multiple employers.
2. How to maintain FSAs and HRAs separately.
3. Retaining current year elections.
4. Enrollment options.
5. When to order debit cards.
6. When and how to activate the new plan year.
7. Rolling contributions and claims for HRAs.
8. Maintaining parking and transit plans.

WinFlexOne Training (2009)

Consists of training for the administrative system which includes company and employee setup, administrative processing (contributions, claims and disbursements) as well as other administrative features within the system.
Training is from 9:00 am - 10:30 am (CST)

  • March 17 - Claims & Disbursements
  • March 19 - Adjustments
  • March 24 - PSP Web site, eFlexOnline & MyFlexOnline
